Food for thought… Self reflection :)

In the last little while so many great changes have come in my life. I can’t help but reflect to think what have a done to bring these fab change of events so I can keep it up? Wierdly enough its been super simple… No matter how bad and horrible things got I challenged my mind to keep positive and most importantly stay grateful.

Ohhh Robin Sharma books and Tawny thank you for all the inspiration, let the good times roll.

Sometimes its great to do self reflection. Note to self, try to do this weekly. Feeling warm and fuzzy inside 🙂
