My New Addiction

I’ve been doing this on and off for years but for the last couple of months it’s been my ritual every morning, afternoon and evening. Squeezing in some fresh and fabulous lemon juice into a glass of “feeling hot hot hot” water. Best thing about this versatile fruit is that you can have it with hot or cold water. I def prefer the hot, since I’m always cold but it just so delicious and it just feels like you’re doing something nice for your body. And your body will start thanking you with some clear, gorgeous va va voom skin, it will help with shedding those extra pounds, and here’s an important one… Your bowel movements will be the healthiest you’ve ever been!!! And that’s just some of the benefits.

So when life hands you lemons, SQUEEZE EM’ and make yourself a drink!

  1. Good call Parita! In fact, I mix both lemon and lime (although lime can be a bit too tangy for some people), and add a little mint or pomegranate seeds when I can! It’s the best after-gym drink. Seriously. Just add salt and honey to taste and it becomes a make-shift electrolyte drink.

    Ditch that Gatorade and make your own I say!
