As mentioned on Instagram (username: paritaTIME) a couple days ago, I have found a delicious bright green shake that just makes you want to do the shimmy shake!
Now we all know my Iron levels are not up to par, so I’m always trying to look for alternatives to add extra iron to my diet. So obviously Kale and Spinach are great go to’s for me. And boy oh boy have I found a way to incorporate them together in a yummy and delicious way! This isn’t new, apparently everyone is doing it when you search on YouTube but it is fab, so it makes sense. I watched vmorales1984 (on YouTube) put here concoction together and she made it look so easy. I’ve attached the link below for your viewing pleasure. Now the last couple times I’ve made it, I’ve substituted apple juice, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice instead of the orange juice. But honestly anything goes. I always add a tad bit of yogurt just for funzys! And I prefer the dark, bruised up bananas cause they are sooo much sweeter, in my opinion. Now look at all the health benefits that come out of this below and that’s not even all of them!!!! OHHH nelly, everything has been smooth operations since I’ve been hooked to this. I have more energy, I feel great, my body feels light as a feather, regular is my middle name and ya’ll need to try this game.
